No Refund on Completed Services
Fees paid for completed lessons, digital materials, or any service already delivered are non-refundable.
2. Refund for Canceled Bookings (Before Service Begins)
If you cancel a class, session, or program at least 48 hours before it begins, you may request a refund or choose to reschedule.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are not eligible for a refund.
4. Digital Products
All digital resources, books, or downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
5. Program Withdrawal
If a student withdraws from a long-term program:
- Withdrawal before the first class → 70% refund
- Withdrawal after the program starts → No refund, but you may transfer your slot to another student (upon approval).
6. Class Rescheduling
We allow one free reschedule if done at least 24 hours before the class. Additional reschedules may attract a fee.
7. School-Initiated Cancellation
If Alphonsus Swedish School cancels or postpones a class, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A free reschedule.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

1. Purpose of the Platform
Alphonsus Swedish School is an educational sub-brand under Alphonsus Library, providing language lessons, resources, and related learning services.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when registering or booking services. Misuse of the platform may result in account restrictions.
3. Payment
All payments must be made upfront before classes or resources are released.
4. Attendance
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes. Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded.
5. Learning Materials
All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to update class schedules, lesson content, or pricing. Changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
